It's a shame. Due to the many positive reviews, we wanted to try Papa Pizza and were very disappointed. 1. Pizza came instead of (ordered at 5.40 p.m.) after 45 minutes after 75 minutes (suboptimal with two small children) 2. The pizza was only tepid, the cheese was already firmly dried. 3. The two Kinderfanta were calculated, but unfortunately forgotten. They were then deducted from the price they brought nevertheless disappointed children's eyes with themselves. 4. Was ordered: half onion / half gorgonzola. Half scampi / half gorgonzola was delivered. Maybe it would have made sense instead of hectically answering other phones while I was ordering, just doing one at a time. Accordingly, our first and last time. Because none of us - at least in this condition - didn't like the pizza. It's a shame about the money and the joy of the pizza evening.

I have had bad experiences with this pizzeria too. Don't be fooled by the number of positive reviews. The case: After an employee (probably new at the company) answered the phone and felt that they did not understand 50% of what I was talking on the phone, a call came back half an hour (I can understand that a person needs to be trained). This recall was about the minimum order value that was not reached. There was no mention of this in the first call. Of course, the driver cannot start his engine because of a pizza (because of a pizza!). All right, but I don't understand that you couldn't make an exception. Now they made me (a customer) wait half an hour. I do not insist on my right as a customer, but common sense speaks its own language here? Or not? There are enough pizzerias, please don't burn your fingers here! Thank you!

Handmade before your eyes, proper woodbaked pie. Dude made three at a time before my order and I still got out the door quickly. Thank you. My purchase: Prosciutto/Artichoke Pizza Mixed Salad I will return regularly. Sehr lecker!
